Recession? Where?
Friday night I showed a home to buyers who made a full price offer (actually $100.00 over list price). The kicker is this home was not even listed yet but had a 'Coming Soon" sign in the yard!
The next day another Realtor showed one of my listings that had only been on the market for 4 days. He wrote an offer that night for practically full price!
The next day I wrote an offer on a great house for $3000.00 over list price. That offer was rejected and a cash offer was taken instead.
Multiple offers, houses selling over the list price, selling before even hitting the market, buyers just wanting a great house at a good price and willing to pay for it.
Recession? Not in my business!

Hello Everyone~~Finally, my blog is out! This is a great format to keep everyone updated on local real estate news and trends that affect us all.
I will also do regular posts on one of my favorite North Canton neighborhoods, St. James. What a fabulous neighborhood to live and call home!
As we all know, our local Canton Ohio market is very different than the national real estate market. Honestly, in my opinion, we in Stark County are doing much better than most other regions. We have strong, tight knit communities throughout the county that help to preserve our great cities.
